Who Are We Looking For

The Strategist plays a key role in developing content and communication strategies for new business pitches and account growth, collaborating closely with the Account and Creative teams to shape brand narratives across social media, digital campaigns, and integrated marketing efforts. With a strong understanding of user behavior, market trends, and analytics, they ensure that strategic insights translate into impactful content and engagement, while also managing multiple projects and overseeing execution from start to finish.

What You'll Do

  • Develop integrated and digital communication strategies and where necessary, execute comprehensive marketing plans and programs to support client objectives.
  • Develop content marketing strategies targeted at driving traffic, engagement, generating leads, delivering sales, retaining customers and building brand awareness.
  • Develop brand voice, tone and style to ensure consistency in relation to campaign and brand objectives.
  • Develop and execute market testing strategies as part of research in new or existing business pitches
  • Where necessary, you may be required to oversee and execute the strategy from the start to the end.

What You Bring

  • With a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the same or related role and capacity
  • Proven experience in supporting growth of the accounts through development of strategies related to social media, digital campaigns, integrated campaigns, branding and any scope of work related to the account.
  • Strong advertising experience to be able to improve engagement across social channels as well as key digital executions on behalf of clients.
  • Possess insightful understanding of user behavior and trends in the market.
  • Understand the needs of the consumers through analytics and research to produce content that resonates with consumers with the aim of driving business goals for and on behalf of clients.
  • Able to work efficiently with the Account and Creative teams to ensure that the strategy and brand narratives that you have set for the brand is being reflected in the work.
  • Ability to multi-task and project manage on pitches and accounts that have been assigned to you.
